Marina Azul, PLC was established in 1989 under the developer and builder Mr. Francisco De los Angeles Molla's management and experience. His main goal was building and promoting beach homes that contained those special characteristics and qualities that motivate owners to use them throughout the whole year.

Thus, we have contributed to seasonally adjust Tavernes' beach.

For this purpose, the whole residential complex and all its houses were gasified. This practice not only helps to seasonally adjust the area, but also to improve the performance of the heating, the indoor heated pool and the sauna during the winter.

Apart from the heating for winter, the apartments are furnished with hydromassage cabins and an exterior carpentry (double glazing) to improve isolation in summer and to keep warm in winter.
